Just when you started wondering if there would ever be another blog post… here it is! And honestly, it’s all thanks to YOU. Because of your incredible support, we’re kicking off the full renovation of the entire building (surprise #50!)—a dream we’ve been working toward for so long.
Your patience throughout this journey has been such a gift, and it’s one I never take lightly. Many of you have been with us from the very beginning, long before we even opened the To Go. You’ve celebrated every joy and shared in every challenge with us, and getting to embark on this next phase together feels like an absolute dream come true.
I’m bursting with excitement as the bigger picture starts to take shape. If you’ve visited the Holiday Popups, you know my greatest winter dream is HEAT! But beyond that, I have so many special details planned that I just know you’re going to love.
Of course, a renovation means things will get a little messy for a while, so thank you in advance for your patience while we make the magic happen. I promise it will all be worth it in the end!
I’m still finalizing designs and crunching numbers, but if everything stays on track, construction will officially start by the end of January.
